I phone the collections department on the 3rd of May 2013 to request a statement in order to settle. I am told to e-mail [Email Removed] After 3 weeks I do not even get a response. Today I phone again (086 111 1402) to get a settlement balance and am again told to send a email. The turn around time is 5 days. This is utter after waiting 3 weeks,
