Today I took my vehicle in for assessment at Telesure Umhlanga. As we were driving in, I noticed this gentleman getting up from his desk to direct us into the workshop. When we got out of the car, we were greeted warmly and such friendlines I was awed. Mr Alan, your approach and attitude is first i have experienced in Durban since we moved here almost 4years ago. We spent 20minutes at Telesure but, it felt like 5 minutes. The service was so professional and clean, with great attiude and approach. In short, I felt like a VIP client. Thank you so much and keep it up, hoping that your energy filters through to our generation and most of the business industry, so it extends to communities.
