I went to view the wedding venue the night before my wedding as agree with Cheryllee who was assisting me and my husband. My mistake was not phoning prior to going there, I did not think it would be a problem as Cheryllee told us that the decor will be done the day before and we can come and view it just to see if we are happy with everything. When we got there there was an event, i then told Cheryllee that I was disappointed as I was hoping to see how the place will look.
She told me they can have functions anytime they which as my booking is the next day. All good it is their venue after all but dont make promises to your customers. I then went to my husband who was dropping off the wine with Corrie.By then Cheryllee was talking to her mother Corrie on the phone, the next thing i know Corrie was attacking me verbally she did not give me a chance to say anything she kept on saying I must let her finish she called me 'people like these'dont know what she meant by that. also told me to get off my high house. As I was driving back home I cried so much because I did not know why she had to be so hostile. I have never been so disrespected in my life just for saying I am dissaponted
