Unauthorised deduction

I would like to voice my concern about an unauthorised deduction that went off on my bank account. What i can understand is that i pay each and very month my instalment and this particular month a double deduction went off. I have never skipped payment once since i took out this product but out of the blue i read on my bank statement for this month that African bank took another payment. I want this rectified ASAP as i have never given verbal nor written permission for this to happen. No communication was put forward to me that this will take place. I do not accept an excuse that it will take a couple of days to process or check. I want my money back
