Ordered a smart phone online and after getting an sms on my phone about contacting me shortly with regards the outcome of the application. However it shortly was long and l went to the banking officer and was put on the phone to the department, connecting through proved difficult as the lines are "busy".
l was called the following week and the application was successful and l chose the colour of the blackberry z10 l wanted and was promised to get a ref number of purchase and to be be called by the courier department.l never got the sms for the Ref number and no call from the couriers and its past their delivery time and my first payment is due next month
