On 21 May, I contacted the IT department at Computershare as I was unable to access my online account. I was told that a password will be emailed to me the following day. The following day still no password was emailed and IT department had left for the day. Why does it take 2 days to email a password? I must also add that the agent was not able to log into the account from her side either. In this day and age this problem should have been sorted out in a few minutes.
