Bad service

I visited a branch on the 22 May 2013, time 14:20pm to surrender a policy. When I got the lady at the receptions who wasn't wearing any name tag told me that the only person who can assist is only lunch. Lady didn't show any care whatsoever as she was also busy on her cell. I ask the lady that it is impossible for such a reputable company to only have one person to assist. Lady, again with attitude, said there is nothing she can do except that I must wait until 3pm. I decided to take a walk as it clearly not the right time to be in the branch. I came back exatcly at 3pm and the consultant was back from "lunch". I was told to wait because ther is a que. I spent another 30min on the que, which means I only saw consultant at 15:30. I find this kind of service very bad as clearly the service provider didn't careless about my time waiting.
