I received a call few minutes ago from Mr Robert van Zyl threatening to repossess my car if I don't make payment immediately, I explained I don't have this money and I have made arrangement with Wesbank legal in written to payoff R11500. Mr Robert van Zyl was extremely, rude, insensitive and harsh utterly disrespectful and literally verbally abused me and this is despite having written confirmation from the bank that they accept arrangement.
I politely tried to explain that as per agreement I will pay R9000 by 23rd tomorrow and the balance soonest, he was shouting me and basically threating me, I explained that I just lost my husband and I'm facing extreme adversity been a single parent.
I'm totally and utterly perturbed, despite wanting to bring account up to date and all negotiations, wesbank still allows like Mr Robert van Zyl to harass and verbal abuse patriotic clients.
