On the 17 of febuary 2012, I was involved in an accident, A lady driving a car insured by OUTSURANCE claimed to have blacked out, crossed over her lane and crashed into me head on, My car was not insured. OUTSURANCE had refused to pay for the damages to my car, I them had to get a lawyer and as it stands they were only willing to pay 70% of the value of my car and the legel expences are for my account, we are now waiting for a court date to settle this. I am in no way responsable for this accident and have been greatly incovenicened. The moral thing to do is settle my claim so I can purchase another car but it seems OUTSURANCE'S moral's is as low as their premuims
