On 22 APRIL 2013 I lodged a complaint about a on my creditcard - and the subsequentNO service delivery by Standard bank (PLEASE NOTE THE DATE!!)
The following day I was contacted to inform me that the problem has been forwarded to the relevant departement, AND I was assured that somebody would phone me back.
What happend since then? NOTHING AT ALL!! Noby made contact ever since!!
The bank is there for its customers-and not the other way round. What pathetic attitude.
I want to reverse a transaction that was already done end of February - it is almost 3 months now!!!
