HANGS UP PHONE WHEN I ASK FOR BREAK DOWN

I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM NOMSA REGARDING MY OVERDUE ACCOUNT. MY LOAN WAS FOR AN AMOUNT OF R2500 AND NOW I AM TOLD OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IS FOR R9000 AND ODD RANDS. I AM AWARE THIS ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN PAID FOR SOME TIME SO I ASKED NOMSA TO GIVE ME A BREAKDOWN OF HOW THEY GOT TO THAT AMOUNT. I TOLD HER I HAVE RECEIVED AN SMS SAYING THAT THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IS R4060.92 AND SHE SAYS TO ME THAT IS THE SETTLEMENT. ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS I ASKED HER TO GO SLOWLY AS I AM WRITTING THE INFO DOWN AS I AM TRYING WHERE THE R9000 FIGURE COMES FROM. FOR SOME REASON SHE COULDNT GIVE ME THE INFORMATION AND THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I AM NOT RUNNING AWAY FROM MY RESPONSIBILITY BUT PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU GOT TO THAT FIGURE. SHE EVEN MENTIONED TO ME SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW THEY GOT TO THAT AMOUNT THEN PLEASE GET SOMEONE THAT KNOWS HOW THEY GOT TO THAT AMOUNT TO CALL ME BACK AND EXPLAIN. I HAVE ALSO TRIED TO CALL YOU ON 086 111 0244 AND IT SAYS "SORRY THE DIALLED NUMBER IS BUSY" PLEASE CALL ME SO I CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AND SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT
