I ordered an iPad over a month ago and have since spent more than an hour on the phone on different occassions follwoing up on my order. At first they did not tell me I needed to have a debit order on my account, I get an sms and have to call in myself to see what is going on. I changed one of my debit orders to that account and had to call again - still no feedback from the bank - i had to tell THEM when the debit order was. then they said I was not paid one of the months, but it iwas because they had changed the FNB banking system at my company aswell as all our salaries went through the next month. i was told that was ok and i would get my device within 10 days - 4 weeks after my first application. a week later with still no word, i called to find out that because I was not paid for March (which i was in April) that I woudl now have to wait 6 months before I qualify. Which I had to call in myself to find out. i then asked 'Megan" - the lady who i was speaking to to put me through to a supervisor - she put me on hold for 12 minutes until i finally put the phone down. This is ridiculous - I know I earn more than enough to pay for this device - I am going mad - please help me
