I after having service level & cost problems with my present bank decided to move my business & personal accounts to FNB given their many adverts of their service levels & the advantages of banking with this bank.
I sat in Eastgate branch "relationship banking' section for nearly an hour without a sole coming to ask me if they can assist me. Staff walking in & out with food which was more important than a customer (especially a new customer) & lots of laughter. I eventually decided to walk out as if this is how the bank starts off with a new customer then all the adverts are just marketing gimmick & hogwash!
