I went to Absa bank this morning and when i was on the queue I felt pressed and I asked the security to direct me to the ladies room. He then directed me to the car guard lady and told me that the lady will direct me to the loo. The lady gave me a key and directed me to a dirty and smelling loo that did not even have a toilet paper and I was so dissapointed I think this bank can do better and I believe all customers can be treated better as well.
