Nedbank Alberton made me look like an

I was at Nedbank Alberton on Saturday 28 September 13 to collect my card, after been on the quee for about an hour then realised that green ID is required and license not sufficient, I then rushed
to get my ID and got back 12:04 which was late however someone was granted access to the bank and was told he works for the bank though he was not wearing uniform. I then requested
to speak to someone in charge and was told there is no one in charge, I then insisted that someone has to be charge and was told to wait while someone in charge was being called
I waited for over 30 minutes outside without being attended to and ended up speaking to a lady who worked at Nedbank Alberton (who is one of the team leader's) and admitted to have seen me standing outside the Bank, Respect is one Nedbank's value which Nedbank Alberton doesn't know because I was make to look like an waiting for over 30 mins for some assistance and no one came!
Being people-centred is also another value which I feel is almost absent as well because one of the employee admitted to have seen me in the quee inside but failed to push - beyond boundries and let me in, quee was long!
Now my card will be cancelled :(
