No feedback or status

I apply fro a loan threw Sa Multi loans and still no update or sms to say in progress or still a week to go nothing. I really dont see the need applying for something when you urgently need it?? This is the first time im experience such service the first loan was fast and professional dont know what seems to be the problem as they doesnt keep in touch with you to give feedback or the status of the loan? You need to keep you client in the loop with progress or process with they loans
