I have been battling since december to get the bank to place a guard on the vacant property i am currently in the process of buying. After months now of trying while the property continually gets vandalised, i finally got in touch with Jacky Pienaar who is the head of the easysell department at standard bank. i emailed her detailing my problem, and the next day the head of the security company for the bank phoned and confirmed he would have a guard at the property within 72 hours. finally my future house is now safe.
this is awesome and i cannot thank Jacky enough for her speedy response on this matter. give this woman a bells!
