After numerous email to [Email Removed] phone calls to customer center and a complaint on Hello Peter I still haven't received any feedback from Standard Bank.
First of all, I recognize that you, as the reader of this letter, are not responsible for my bad experience, but I am still upset about the situation. I used to enjoy my banking experiences with Standard Bank and was on verge of moving my other accounts with other institutions to Standard Bank but this latest lack of or rather pathetic service has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
I have been promised feedback for some time and no one comes back to me, is it because I am not important at all or your staff just don't know how to resolve queries of this nature.
I am appalled at such behaviour, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere as suggested. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon as possible
