To date someone has contacted me from FNB to say they will refer to my branch, What the does my branch have to do with this?
Your employees are helping criminals to open accounts to rip people off, then informing them when the "heat: is on so they can quickly draw the money.
I have since googled more "dog breeders", and expressed my interest in buying from them, they all have the same MO and unfortunatelly for FNB, 4 out of the 5 mails i got have FNB accounts. I have been polite and patient, this matter is now going to the press and i intend to take this matter all the way. FNB has no right to do this to long standing customers. I will not tolerate it and an apology is not acceptable.
I even explained how to figure this out, its not rocket science, Your staff are involved.

What good is a reference number, oh sorry i forgot, that means you have passed the responsibility on, so by the end of the year i will have 50 reference numbers and your organisation will still be buggering me around.

All i can say is clients be very weary even at the tellers, the code of banking ethics is no longer of any use, they don't care!
