I must say I am a difficult customer especially when I have to pay money. I continuous asked him questions related to his products. Testing his knowledge and with so many "why this". I hate to buy from a person who does not know his product but forcing me to buy his. products. I asked this and that. He stayed cool and answered correctly everything.
