Standard Bank
Property never register in my name, but bond paid

I found out recently that 2 properties I bought in 2007 have never been registered i my name. But, what is is interesting is that I have paid Standard bank for over 5 years of bonds and at no stage did you ever check that the properties are actually in my name, or let me know about it.

So, I would like a complete refund of all fees and the initial R 10, 000 per property for the transfer and the registration of the bond please.

Also, this needs to be dealt with ASAP please so I can finalise this matter. I dont want anymore delays from your end. I will be looking to go to the banking ombudsman to get a full refund.
