Blocking of access bonds and poor service

Standard bank blocked my Access Bond with out sending me any communication of there intention to do so. The reason they give for this is that the whole amount must be paid from my checking account. Because I am a municipal employee any bonds on property that I may have get paid directly from my salary because there is a small housing subsidy that we get to enable and encourage people to own property - if I pay the whole amount out of my check account the I will lose my subsidy. After explaining all of this to Bongani Sebeko at Standardbank complaint resolution he arrogantly informed me that if I want my access bond I will basically have to forfeit my subsidy. Just to get to this point was a compleat misery with reference number after reference number being issued with no body calling or emailing back. If this if how they treat there "premium" customers (I have a Titanium checking account) I shudder to think how they treat there other customers. My advice to anyone reading this is to take your money elsewhere, I intend to leave the bank as soon as I can afford to do so. Also, there was fees paid to have this access bond registered - are they going to reimburse me?
