I called budget insurance yesterday to query something on my insurance policy, as I wanted to know if my premiums will decrease since I had installed an alarm and one buglar on my garage, and I spoke to a lady consultant who was very friendly (Forgot her name) and she told me that "No" it wont go down and then I asked if since I was an old customer is it possible for me to get a discount and she transffered to the gentlemen by the name of Ashley Moodley. He was very professional and very friendly and most of all he knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions and even gave me advice for future! I was so impressed with his service especially the friendliness. In fact before making a call I had started enquiryin with orther insurance brokers as I wanted to jump ship, but after speaking to him, I decided to stay with budget and I'm even considering taking home valuable insurance with Budget! I just want to say to Ashely "You are a true reflection of Excellent Customer Service! Keep up the good work!
