Hi!
I had a bad experience with legalwise, they always promise good service to their clients in their advertisements, but i found out to be not true.
Firstly i am involved in a serious matter that needs their full attention.
I went there cause I needed their help and advice and they told me the cant help cause the matter started happening before I joined them... i mean in other situations you need a lawyer right there and what do I pay them for...
I was surprised to find out that they cant help they told me to go look for a lawyer somewhere else... how in the world can they ask me that when in the other hand they debit my money every month. I was left stranded... and while i was in the hype that i will qualify for good service any time of the day... i am really considering leaving them... cause what they promise is the opposite...
