Feeling Unmotivated, Uninspired and Not Involved

So without permission, they change my savings account to an access account. Now i got to pay around R60 a month in fees. This isn't the worst of it. They also link my account with another gentelmans, or his accounts to mine and I get all his transactions sms's throughout the night (big spender). His account is linked to mine and after a month - they tell me each time that It is being investigated. I go to the bank to sort this out (takes a couple of hours out my day) have down this almost every week for the last month. They also charge me service fees for trying to fix their mistake. R25 for print outs etc as I have to say what my transaction are and what his are.
Dear readers - imagine a bank that gave access to private data on your accounts, imagine a bank that linked your accounts to someone else and didn't care to fix this issue - how would you feel. Motivated? Inspired? Involved? Would you feel that STANDARD BANK is moving forward, or is it moving backward?
