I'm got 2 words to sum up my latest experience with you! But unfortunately I can't bring myself to write such vulgar words.
Firstly; I needed to contact you emergency assist line; after selecting 2 billion options (thank goodness this wasn't a life threatening emergence) the line at your call center just rang!!! I tried that number no less than 5 times. I even resorted to contacting your Health & Vitality numbers to try to get someone to put me through to ANYONE who could help!
When through to your call center; they don't have my policy information on hand; so couldn't give any informative information.
Then they said they'd dispatch a towing service. I get a call from one company, but the driver says he doesn't know where I am; the CS agent captured all the details incorrectly!! Then I get a call less than 5 minutes later from the towing company to say that YOU have cancelled the callout! Confusion rained as I couldn't get in touch with your call center.. I WAITED OVER 2 HOURS for a tow truck to arrive; but only thanks to the first towing company that you cancelled on!!!
