My name is Elaine Classen on the 10 May 2013 i went to the ennerdale fnb atm spar i put my card into the atm but not pin a man then came and asked if he could assist me i then said no he left i went to call the security he then assisted me to call fbn to block my card a few minutes later 2000 was withdrwan from my account they sent me documents to complete and send it of to the department i then went to lenasia branch and sent it off all week Ive not heard anything from their department i then called in on the 17 May to find out how far my case is i spoke to Chadwin Jansen he told me that they declined my claim and i should take up the matter with the complaints department I m utterly disgusted by this un deliverable service i need my 2000 that was taken from my account how can they not assist me this is not fair fnb help me asap.
