On 16 September 2013 an amount of... was withdrawn from my account by unknown.
I forwarded the issue at fnb sunnighill branch, where they logged it to department.
I was told that it takes 8 weeks to investigate this type of a case. Before I left the branch they could pick it up from the system that my card was not used to withdraw rather a duplicate card was used.
Why do I have to wait 8 weeks to get my money back or an update on the matter if they know that someone out there has a duplicate of my fnb cheque card?
Today I even tried to call fnb call center but I was transferred from department to department with out getting any help.
