Today i decided to register for online banking, and after much effort of not coming right i decided to call the call centre, after waiting for a few seconds for an agent a young lady by the name of Lihle Nene took my call and from the time she started speaking to me it was a great pleasure, she was on point, quick and clearly new her product, advised me accordingly and was extremely helpful, standard bank needs more people like u my dear, keep up the great work and continue delighting customers, BLESS
