I am still waiting for a response for a request of a border letter to go to Mozambique on business on Saturday the 18th of May. I have been sending an e-mail per day since Tuesday 14th of May. No response so far. I have to confirm travel arrangement with the client by 9am this morning. This is the second time that this has happened. On the previous occasion I tried to contact the relevant department by phone, that was even harder. You get shoved from pillar to post by an automated response just to end up at a line that does not get answered.
What to do now? I have been with Absa for over 20 years and this is the level of service one gets.
