After someone wrecked my Prado by skipping a stopstreet, I tried calling my Virgin insurance to assist.
4x tries and cut off every time, so later the tow truck driver got through via a contact... Lucky him...
When I tried to report the accident (not caused by me) I was treated like a criminal, and its now a week later, and zero feedback, zero help and no interest in getting my claim done. Apparently the lady who must deal with my car is on leave. So I am without my vehicle (due to someone else's fault) and have no idea when my very supportive reliable insurance will try to help or if they are ever going to help. It is ridicullous, we havent seen such bad service and attitude in a long time!!
I guess there will be no feedback seeing that they dont even bother to respond to accident claims...
