Rude Agent and Lousy Department

On 11/06/2013 i called in to ask for help with regards to Faxing a Death Certificate for the deceased who's account is still open. i keep getting SMS's daily threatening me of Legal action. i spoke to a few agents before i got put through to the receptionist "Admin", the agents need to learn how to transfer calls instead of hanging up. the receptionist who's name starts with a "C" was very helpful and gave me 3 fax numbers including hers.

on 12/06/2013 12:55PM i called again to confirm if they had recieved my faxes. Dineo started interrogating me and was rude over the phone after i had merely told her i am tired of getting the SMS's daily. i made it clear on the phone as i know the lines are recorded that she is being rude and has no right to speak to me in that manner as she does not own the company at all, does not understand how my relationship between me and the deceased is like. if i were anybody, i would merely ignore the messages and let Creditworx carry on with their calls. i know my rights as a consumer under the consumer act and as a national citizen will not be spoken to in that manner. Dineo must get a warning or disciplinary measures must be set against her.
