Settlement lette

I took a loan with clientele of R5000 on January, now i i called clientele for the settlemnt letter on monday 13-05-13 and they told me i'll receive it via email, i should expect that letter within 3working days. now im still waiting, when i called them today they told me to wait until tuesday nextweek which is inconvinient for me, i need thgis letter as soon as yestaerday, can you please help
