Outsurance currently has a promotion, whereby if they cannot beat your current insurance then they will give away a R400. Outsurance responded to my request some time in November last year and again this earlier this year after a telephonic complaint. One of the Call Centre Managers were supposed to contact me to resolve the issue, but with no luck. Even after I clicked on the emailed link and attached my contract.
Outsurance could not beat my Insurance cover with Auto and General by far.
Hopefully their actions will correspond with their advertising.
