Deducted money from my account after making an enquiry and now threatening me with legal action when I returned the debit as I did not give permission for any deductions nor did I send any completed forms. Collections company cant locate my calls telling them not to proceed as they asking me for money before they can help me. I am busy reporting this matter to the NCR and will proceed to notify the Financial ombudsman and will take all necessary action to inform the news papers of this BS! I WILL NOT BE BULLIED BY A BUNCH OF!
