Delay in response to report
The company has deducted money from my account authorised by SS Direct without my permission or knowledge. i only found out that they have been making deductions after seeing deductions on awkward dates. after sending several emails threatening to report them for, i received a call from Zinhle who promised to refund my money and get back to me before end of day 12/06/2013.
