I applied online for a loan which was approved for an x amount. When I visited the branch today the amount I was approved for was half the amount that I could apply for. When I asked the staff member to explain why this is so, she was rude, no manners and of no help whatsoever to me regarding this matter. I will not do any banking with the Melville Branch in the future as they are rude and the quality of client service is terrible.
