Pathetic Service - Goodbye Nedbank!!!

So first they incorrectly captured my change of banking details - resulting in an unpaid debit order, so then they call me and i make arrangmeents for them to double deduct at the end of April 2013, i receive an sms confirmation and all is well in my life, the date arrives and there is no double deduction!! i call on the14th and ask why- but nobody can tell me, instead i get blamed for the person not making notes on the system..really??? are you kidding me??? then i say please do a debit for the missing installment this week and let the normal deibt order run - i receive and sms telling me that a double debit will go off this week, and another payment on the scheduled debit order date.. SERIOUSLY??? is going on with this pathetic bank?? the call centre agents need some serious training in CUSTOMER SERVICE.. absolutely disgusting - Nash Naidoo - Matthew (no last name) and today CLINT - you guys need to learn some manners, its us - the cutomers who ensure you have a job!!!
