I just received an sms saying that an agent will come to uplift my vehicle for only one month arrears. I do not think that is fair, I always pay my account, I just had financial problems and will make sure that I am up to date with the instalments. But taking the vehicle back for only one month arrears is not fair. I know that if the arrears are for three months then the bank can take the car back. I was not called or emailed about the repossession, I just received the SMS on Wednesday that I must be at home on Friday.
