To whom this may concern
To start off with. I did not think the day will come when I complain about bad service no service at FNB.
I am trying to get someone to help me with an application for a home loan.
I have call the home loan department 5 times now and they say they will contact me within 48 ours and that does not happen. Maybe it is me that don't understand that 48 ours actually means 72 ours or more, like Mr Sicelo tried to explain to me.
I am talking about a home loan so that means a lot of money to be made and they are not interested!!! And yes i am an existing customer. Like add says on the radio maybe I must take my business to Beep Bank!!
This is not great service!!
