I have an existing policy with Avbob, they sent me an sms stating that they have not received premiums from me and to call them back urgently to rectify the matter at hand, i called them and spoke to a Lady by the name of Cynthia who gave me attitude from the onset. I told her why i was calling and that it was the second time calling, she told me that they were having systems issues and that she couldnt assit further, i was concerned by the the tone of voice and the manner in which she addressed me. I am a concerned customer because the 1st person i had spoken to gave me an alternative number (0118388055) of which does not exist, then i went to the website called the number for the Pretoria branch which was also not answered. im very worried because this means that when i have serious issues like death Avbob will not be able to give me the service that i deserve or worse am paying for. this needs to be sorted and i will in no way let my policies lapse, i want answers and demand good customer service...
