Paid up a loan 12 months ago. still reflecting

I am so tired of calling Ubank,
one passes the buck to the other
2 weeks of day to day calls
forver in meetings, training, not in office.
running a holiday centre (cannot be a banking institution)

my loan waas paid in cash R 50 000) upto date in 2012 May.

12 months later this company hasnt updated my ITC record.
i am applying for a home loan an this has a negative impact on my loan being approved.

this is ridiculous.
Some one has to do something here.
I hope this time around something will be done.
