Hi,
I have reqyested RCS to close my account on the 2nd of December. All required docuemnts were faxed to them on the 2nd of Ddecember. my id copy, proof of pament slips and the letter staing the reason as why i want my account to be closed.

Today is the 6th of December and they have not closed my account.
