Now the fourth time that I have to submit company documentation, proof of residence despite nothing that has changed. ABSA agree that FICA applicable only when details changed, but despite submitting it on three previous occasions and despite agreeing that ABSA will lift the block, it is still there.
The insult to injury is that they agreed to lift the block, yet do not do it without coming back to me. So, we complain about municipalities - ABSA in terms of service delivery no better!
