DEBIT ORDES DEDUCTED INCORRECTLY FROM ACCOUNT

Deducted debit orders from my account incorrectly and waited for money for over 2 weeks. Had to ask 3 people to help me with no response and had to ask for supervizors.
Happened twice. Poor service. I am a new client and they didnt process my new account properly.
