WOW a Platinum client, just a silly word to use for another stupid client who we can ripoff!
Interest rates did not change for months but my dear friends at ABSA will change interest rates as they please, not down but UP without even having the integrity of telling me why? you are already killing us with all your fees and now you still want to be ridiculous in changing my interest rates without any communication, why do people go into debt in these hard times because of places like ABSA. Service in ABSA in general is pathetic I don't even bother anymore. Dont tell me a sad story and have the attitude of SH... happens, if you dont want to solve my concern then don't waste phoning, Maybe its time to move on to FNB!
