I was appalled when my mother told me of her experience at Std Bank Primrose last week. She was the victim of discrimination at its best, inflicted by Bridgette Bokaba in Special Banking. She was slack in performing her duties and when reprimanded, lashed out and made vicious statements in the presence of other Std Bank clients, which included: "it is white people like you that black people hate", "you can be glad you are in the bank", "I will take my time". When my mom requested to speak to the bank manager she blatantly refused to call anybody and could my mom not find anybody on the floor to assist her. This is the second time that my mom has been ill treated at this bank and do I find it disgusting that Std Bank allows and condones such behaviour. I further cant believe that they employ incompetent, slack and lazy individuals, who do not know the difference between 100 000 and 1 000 000 and are these the individuals that work with our hard earned cash on a daily basis. I shiver to think that this is the treatment given to clients on a daily basis when reading the other comments on Hello Peter. Std Bank your service is disgusting and am I definitely taking this further.
