Waiting seven months for pension

I have left Trencon last year and left on a good note. I dont understand why I am being inconvenienced every time with faxing my ID and banking details but still no payout. every time I call the call centre somebody else assists and don't want to help me. Nobody wants to tell me how much and when I am being paid out. This is ongoing for the latter part of seven months.
