Without any request from me the ATM swallowed my card one fine Saturday night.
Now when us "customers" make errors we pay dearly - when the Almight bank makes a mistake do they pay us??? Noooooo!!! Fair business practice that eh?
Au contrare - I have to make time and a trip to my nearest branch to collect my card after 10 working days!!
I complained on the Standard bank website but to date I have had not even a courtesy call NOR email.
I've been a client for the past maybe 20 years but really shouldn't be expecting ANY kind of kudos for that!!
Loyal customer or not - up our below par-service!!
