ATM Withdrawal

Withdrawal: Daveyton Mall, 25 April 2013, 17:41:23, got the card back, not the cash nor the slip, received message on the cellphone for the withdrawal. Reported the matter to the consultant at Daveyton Mall at 17:53:32 (Capture ID A152799) and stopped the card. Phoned 0860123107 it was around 20h00, advised to go to the branch the next morning. Reported the matter at Lakeside Mall on the 26 April 2013 09:29:40 REF: 52940306 (Capture ID A179153) phoned 086 01 01 34 14 on 08/05/2013 follow up on the matter, told to call on 10/05/2013. Phoned on 10/05/2013 they said its not resolved yet. Went to Daveyton Mall Branch on 11/05/2013 for a follow up, told it was not resolved yet, no phone call or sms received from Standard Bank during this period. Phoned 2 people this morning 1 at 08601013414 and 1 at 086012300 still the same story.
